When looking for a hosting company, I found Java Web Hosting to be one of few that had (apparently) no angry customers. On the WWW everyone has at
least one angry customer, so I was a little skeptical at first, but I have not been disappointed. I have always received prompt and professional
responses to my support requests, even the dumb ones :)
Java Web Hosting is also one of few that, in spite of the reasonable price, still provides a real Java service where you can actually run real
Java applications. It's not a cut-down over-restricted HTTP server with a glorified servlet runner plugged into it, but a full Tomcat of your
own choice, configured the way you want it.
In all, my experience with Java Web Hosting has been a refreshing breath of honesty and professionalism in an industry that has more than its fair
share of rotten apples.

Refreshing. That is the word to describe Java hosting with Strategic Services Group. The difference is
customer service and expertise in Java and Java related technologies. When the performance of my site started lagging they
scheduled a server upgrade before I even mentioned it. If I have an issue after hours they always respond to my request. With
other hosts I found they were unable to properly configure Tomcat or couldn't support a technology like Hibernate. That is not the
case here. They help make our site a success.
