We offer tech support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via telephone and / or e-mail.

Like you, we're Java programmers. No matter what it takes, we'll get your application deployed and we'll keep it running smoothly. Personal support by your choice of telephone or e-mail is available 24 / 7 / 365. We'd appreciate it if you held non emergency requests for regular business hours but it's your call - if you think that you need us, contact us.

Our normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, exclusive of major US holidays. During those hours, please use the telephone as the primary form of contact. At our location it is now 3:29 PM on Monday our offices are open, please call us at (215) 654-8150.

While this form may be used at any time, telephone support is generally more efficient during our regular business hours (please see above). Outside of normal business hours, this form must be used. It directs your request via SMS to the support person on duty who will contact you as soon as they receive your message.

If you're problem does not fit into the 140 character SMS limit, please use the form to notify us AND send an e-mail (TechSupport@StrategicServicesGroup.com) with the details.
