TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing java web hosting services from Strategic Services Group, Inc. (SSGI), you agree to be bound by the following:

  1. You warrant that you are least eighteen (18) years of age and have authorization to use the credit or debit card associated with your hosting account.
  2. You are purchasing hosting services on a month-to-month basis payable in advance.
  3. You will maintain on file with us information from a valid credit or debit card that has sufficient credit or funds available to pay each months' bill in full. If your credit card information becomes unusable for any reason, you will provide us with information from a useable credit or debit card within five days from the date that you become aware that the information on file with us is unusable.
  4. The seven (7) day money back guarantee period is only for "first time" customers who have not previously purchased hosting from SSGI. It is valid for the first month's hosting only, subsequent months do not have a money back guarantee.
  5. During the seven (7) day money back guarantee period, you may cancel services for any reason or for no reason and your first month's hosting fee will be returned to you provided that you do not use the hosting services to engage in prohibited activities as described in item #7, below.
  6. You may cancel service at any time with or without notice. However, after the expiration of the seven (7) day money back guarantee period as described in item #5, above, no refunds will be given.
  7. Under all circumstances, you agree that you will not:
    1. Use your hosting account to send unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam) of any kind.
    2. Use your hosting account to use or distribute malware of any kind.
    3. Use your hosting account in any manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
    4. Use your hosting account in a manner designed to cause disruption and / or damage to the host system or to any other system.
    5. Use your hosting account to engage in any activity which is unlawful or actionable under the laws of the United States or Canada or their States, Provinces or Municipalities.
  8. If your hosting account is used for purposes detrimental to others including those described in #7, above, your account may be frozen or cancelled; monies paid may be withheld as damages; and, other monetary damages may be sought, all at the sole discretion of SSGI.
  9. You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Strategic Services Group, Inc. and its offices, directors, shareholders, contractors, agents and employees from and against any losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from any claim, action, proceeding, suit or demand arising out of or related in any way to your use of our hosting services.
